These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of YourFavoriteGameStudio's games (including Dungeon Match Quest, Neko Match Blast, and Number Tower) and this website (together, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our games for your own entertainment, on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store terms.

Acceptable use

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any game except where permitted by law.
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation (bots), or unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Services.
  • Copy, redistribute, or sell any part of our games, artwork, or code without permission.
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm us or other players.

Intellectual property

All game content, including characters, artwork, code, and trademarks, is owned by YourFavoriteGameStudio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't transfer any ownership rights to you.

Ads and third-party services

Our games display advertising served through Google AdMob and may use Google Analytics/Firebase for usage analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy. Some games link out to third-party stores (Google Play, Steam, itch.io) which have their own terms.

No warranty

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourFavoriteGameStudio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update our games or these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. You may stop using our Services at any time by uninstalling the relevant game.
